The reasons for health fluctuations can vary from your life style, food you eat, rest intervals and travels, to your mood condition, conflicts, etc. For example, you can check how good to your health was vacation or weekend by measuring your health before and after the event. If you use any activity tracker or diary, you can compare your records with actual health condition and possibly decide to change something.
